General description of trail: The trail follows the same path as the Coastguards Trail for around 650 metres which is mainly along a constructed crushed stone pathway. Then turns through a gate and winds along a much narrower pathway over natural trodden ground. There are some steep inclines through the marshes back to the Car Park. The route would be considered suitable for visitors of reasonable physical fitness but not those whose mobility may be impaired.
